The cookies are AWESOME!! Just the right amount of Earl Grey taste, and just enough shortbread taste! they're light, easy to bake, and Tas-Teee (Or, Tas-TEA! HA!!!) Seriously, you should try them!
I needed to add an extra teaspoon of water, and make sure not to let them chill any longer than 30 minutes, or they will get too cold and crumbly to slice :)
